Processing Time:

• Processing time for orders is 1-3 days.

Shipping Times:

• For Canadian customers, shipping takes 1-2 weeks.
• For USA customers, shipping takes 1-3 weeks.
• For international customers, shipping takes 3-6 weeks.

Sticker Shipping:

• Stickers are sent by untracked lettermail.
• For Canada and the USA, sticker shipping can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
• For International, sticker shipping can take up for 6 weeks for delivery.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after placing the order.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted.
• Products must be in mint condition.
• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Return packages must be tracked.
• Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
